After a period of intensely seeking the Lord, Trigg officially submits his resignation as COO of a Northwest Arkansas electronics contract manufacturer to start a company focused on product development company and electronics design.

The name of Valormill is chosen for the budding team. The name is based on a fascination with old things and parallels from the Bible, in the book of Judges, chapter 6. See the full naming story here.

September 14, 2021

Trigg completes his final week working for a contract manufacturer. That same day, Valormill gains its first employee as well as its first customer — marking this date as the official beginning of Valormill.

October 15, 2021

The initial vision script for Valormill is completed. This exciting vision sets the stage for what Valormill will become over the next three years. It provides alignment and clarity for our team, allowing us to achieve unparalleled success in reaching our goals as we focus on what matters most.

The initial implementation of EOS is completed at Valormill. (See Traction).

May 6, 2022

The first Valormill PCBA prototype is assembled at Valormill.

Jani Proko is hired as the first intern of Valormill. Jani’s focus is on software development, primarily in the mobile application space.

May 18, 2022
