OUR TEAM

Trigg
Trigg is our founder and CEO. Also, visionary, culture-setter, focus-marshal, office supply goblin, and designated not-worship leader. Glorifying his maker by making cool things is one of the things he was made to do. He couldn’t not do it, so Valormill was conceived. Now he’s at Valormill to accomplish this mission. Outside of this mission, he’s husband to a beautiful wife, father to some awesome kids, and lover of airplane flying — all to the glory of God. He also dabbles in pickup basketball. He recently scored 6 points over the course of a single morning across 4 games. He’s showing some marked improvement.

Joshua
Joshua is Valormill's Hardware Developer. As a recent Computer Engineering graduate from Harding University, he is looking to apply everything he has learned as well as learn even more. He often states that wherever the intersection between hardware and software is, he hopes to find himself.
He loves anything with a craft and with flavor, (His only hobby in college was coffee. It was also his job) so he plans to start cooking a lot and saving for an over the top espresso machine. Naturally, this means he plans to give Raul a run for his money as the coffee guy.

Evan
Evan is a firmware engineering intern currently a junior at the University of Arkansas. He has been in the engineering space since fifth grade when he competed in the First Lego League robotics team for his school. He loves the challenge of learning completely new subjects and the uncertain path that engineering requires him to take.
He seeks to be a warrior poet mastering both mind and body. He is a blue belt in jiu-jitsu with the mangled right ear to prove his love for grappling. To sharpen his mind, he studies multiple languages, mostly Russian and Portuguese and takes great pleasure in reading the great pieces of literature that each language has to offer.

Hannah leads Valormill's Business Development Team. Fueled by her love of building and fostering relationships, she graduated with a marketing degree from Missouri Southern State University.
Outside of the office, she’s likely out on a run with her energetic lab, Finley, or enhancing her sourdough game. Being new to Arkansas, Hannah is enjoying the adventure of exploring the local trails, discovering fun coffee shops, and embracing everything the area has to offer. Faith is at the heart of everything she does—she serves her church by leading a small group and aims to glorify the Lord in both her personal and professional life.
